Fourth Day of Geekmus

Published by jenniferea at 1:04 am under General Edit This

On the fourth day of geekmus I did receive:

Four strange phones!

Still fighting cold of doom, still have that poll over there. It’s easy! Just pick one! Doesn’t matter if you are new to the blog! Do it anyway! Now! Please?

I’m a fan of lights, and tend to use some Christmas lights year round for decoration or ambient light. However there should really be a limit to the number one uses. A friend of mine used to buy blue LEDs in bulk and there were EVERYWHERE. In his room, his car, outside his car, and he even snuck them into the cars of other people. But, you gotta admit this looks pretty darn cool.

I love the old timey Star Trek communicator phone.

We also use Christmas LEDs year ’round, particularly the strand down the stair rail on a timer that precludes having to turn on a light to safely go down. My husband and I love LEDs (I’m another fan of the blue ones, but my husband prefers the multicolored strands) and several items in your link, including the bathtub light show, the toilet seat, the glass insert in the door and the LED flooring looked really cool to me. We have a changing LED light bulb in the commode enclave of our master bath that allows safe and accurate use without requiring lights to be turned on in the middle of the night. Easy on the eyes.

    I guess I’m a doubleXgeek, too.
